Zanbluu Beach Hotel

El personal fue extremadamente amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. El desayuno fue excelente, con muy buena variedad y calidad. La habitación era amplia, muy cómoda y limpia, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Could improve: La ubicación no fue de nuestro agrado, ya que está bastante alejada de los principales puntos turísticos. Para prácticamente cualquier salida era necesario tomar un coche, lo que implicaba trayectos largos y un costo adicional en transporte. La playa frente al hotel no nos pareció especialmente bonita y la piscina podría mejorar en cuanto a limpieza. Además, el primer día de nuestra estancia hubo un corte de internet y también nos quedamos sin agua durante varias horas, por lo que no pudimos ducharnos ni utilizar los servicios de la habitación, lo que resultó bastante incómodo.

Beautiful Hotel. Very friendly welcome, the staff, the place is very clean, well situated, I loved my stay. The bungalow view on the ocean was a real breath of peace. The restaurant is really nice and the food is an every day experience as the menu changes every day. Thank you for taking such good care of my stay. Could improve: Nothing

Nice hotel on the east cost with beautiful pool above the sea and the possibility of a little private pool in some room in front of the sea; we stayed in one of these (seafront suite with view and private pool) and looking at the sunrise above the sea directly from our bed or private pool has been gorgeous! Delicious and fresh food with good choice as well as for drinks. Really professional, young and friendly staff who tryes to carefully fulfill every request; we spent here part of our honeymoon and they organized a special dinner with decorations on the pool deck and a personal menu for us.. lovely! House keeping twice a day. Possibility to organize excursion to the reef or to other beaches/islands with transfers directly from your hotel —> ask to the reception desk or arrange it with local people (this also applies to the transfers from/to the airport). Spa treatments on request. In our opinion: Perfect to take a break and rest with sea view, chilling at the pool with tropical drinks and enjoy typical food and fresh fish. Could improve: Beach: Possibility to go the beach only few hours a day because of the tyde and anyway not really picture-postcard beach like - for example - the ones on the north-west coast of the island (Nungwi, Kendwa) - interesting (you will need water shoes) to explore the backdrop in front of the hotel with low tyde to find sea stars and little sea animals and try to reach the reef by foot, though. Structural timber: Significant problem - probably on the entire island - with woodworms: we heard them work night and day and found sawdust here and there in our room! All inclusive: really satisfying for food and drinks, but considering the area and the total amount paid, It would be more appreciated expand services included in the all-inclusive package (such as airport transfers and/or at least one excursion included in the formula)
