Accomodatie, zeer exclusief en mooi Could improve: Dat niet alle restaurants elke dag geopend zijn. 2 uit 4 dagen waren we 'verplicht' deel te nemen aan vast menu ( bv bbq). Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding klopte niet.

Very pretty garden and of course the advantage of having your own villa and pool are a big plus. Could improve: For us it felt like they can't live up to their own standard - it did not feel like luxury. We never experienced slower service in any hotel ever -- breakfast for example I had to wait at least 20 mins for a glass of orange juice; a beer at the pool I usually waited 15 mins... If we had requests (e.g. their standard private dinner they offer, cleaning on specific times etc.), it felt hard for us to get it instead of easy like in a real luxury place. They communicate via Whatsapp -- which seems nice, but in the end we felt that they are not communicative (e.g. won't tell you the day before which restaurants are open or why the pool is broken) and of course slower than just a call.

Clean , and space is amazing Could improve: Food is not great at all , breakfast was good but lunch and dinner very bad, No privacy at all , you stay in your villa and stuff will come in inside without even asking you or give any hints that they are there

The place is nice, the food is very good Could improve: We came earlier than the check in time and they wanted to change 350$ for just an early check in and for a very small villa.. that doesn’t fit us..

I loved everything about my stay at Ycona Luxury Resort. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and luxurious, and the food was delicious with plenty of great options. The atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail made our stay special. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Ycona Luxury Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway. I can’t wait to visit again!
