A very unique and special place in paridise. Great loction on the beach with your own cabana, spacious rooms and delicious food - what more could you want! All this made even better by the world class service of the staff; a big shout to Ngasa, Jackson, Kibalabala and Moulid, thanks so much for making this a very special occassion. Also a big thank you to Siriak for coordinating everything. We hope to be back!!!

Beautiful location, people and an outstanding quality of accommodation, food and service. The Palms is a wonderful place. It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there; and the staff made it very special, without me asking for anything! The food is some of the best we’ve ever had. The staff, without exception were engaging, friendly, approachable, funny and professional. The quality of leadership is visible in everything. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable holiday. We wish you all well.

Amazing experience for our honeymoon. Siriak and his team are really welcoming and made us feel super welcome from the beginning. The staff were also very helpful in arranging activities for us to do in Zanzibar. The rooms are great, location is amazing and the food is incredible for every meal. Thank us you to the staff at the Palms for making our stay so special. We were only there for three nights on our trip around Zanzibar but this is a special place. From the greeting at reception from the manager Siriak who greets you with a big smile and who you can tell is rightly proud of his hotel. There are only seven rooms and ours was Hibiscous facing the sea. The room is modernly furnished and the lounge area large with its own sit up bar. The bed is fabulous and the quality of the bedding superb. You can choose to relax in your front garden complete with plunge pool or in your private cabana right on the beach. From the beginning you are greeted with a cocktail and an invitation to lunch while you wait for your room to be ready. Every evening at six you are given canapes and the evening menu to choose from. The food is imaginative even for a vegetarian and they cater to your tastes. My only complaint is that I could not manage it all. The waiters are attentive and thanks to all of them Ngumbe and Jackson especially. Always attentive and always with a smile. You must try the sweet dreams cocktail, totally addictive. The swimming pool is small but plenty of room to relax by it. Overall we were sorry to leave. My one suggestion is that spraying the bar area for mosquitos would have stopped my husband from being bitten so intensly. We would definitely stay again if we are in Zanzibar
