Cleanliness! Every morning they were cleaning and changing towels. In the evening they were coming to spray against mosquitoes. Fresh bottles of water every day.. Padel court, Volleyball court, every day there was new entertainment, food was amazing, seriously 1000/10. Could improve: We had two room keys and i think that two room keys can’t work at the same time, we were struggling with that a bit.. But it’s okay.

The room service, The room itself The mirrors in the room providing enough space for guests to have a look at themselves. The reception team had done really brilliant they offered us a drink as we firstly entered the hotel. Could improve: How slow the room service was at night time I understand its night but it still does require you to be quick same as this morning they took really long to come and collect my dishes they could improve on that. Most things you had to pay and the fact you have to pay extra if your wishing yo pay by Tshillings. Another is that you have to pay for drinking water which is outrageous.
