La nouvelle piscine en bord de mer. La gentillesse du personnel Could improve: Pas de chance pour nous, un groupe colonie de vacances était dans cet hôtel lors de notre séjour. C'était par conséquent très bruyant et compliqué de se reposer. Le responsable nous a indiqué qu'ils ne renouvellerai plus cette expérience... à vérifier

The staff are accomodating they are really nice Could improve: Our stay had both positive and disappointing aspects, and I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve the guest experience. One of the first challenges we encountered was the lack of signage along the main road directing guests to the hotel. Since the drive from the main road takes around 10–15 minutes, having clear directional signs would make it much easier for first-time visitors to find the property. During our stay, there was a large group at the hotel. We completely understand that groups require additional attention and coordination. However, it felt like individual guests were unintentionally overlooked. My wife ordered food at one of the restaurants, and we were informed that we would need to wait until all of the group's orders had been served first. Rather than waiting an unknown amount of time, we decided to leave and have dinner outside the hotel instead. While it's understandable to prioritize group logistics, it's equally important to ensure that other guests continue to receive attentive service. The presence of the group also made the atmosphere much louder than we had anticipated, which affected the relaxing experience we were hoping for. We had originally booked a two-night, three-day stay, but ultimately decided to check out after the second day and move to another hotel. The breakfast selection and overall quality could also be improved to better match guest expectations. Additionally, the beach area still appears to be under development, so guests should be aware that some facilities are still a work in progress. The Wi-Fi connection also disconnected quite frequently during our stay. Fortunately, this wasn't a major issue for us, but guests who rely on a stable internet connection for work or communication may find it inconvenient. Improving the consistency of the Wi-Fi service would certainly enhance the overall guest experience.

Sehr nettes Personal, wunderbares Hotel, sehr sauber, fantastisches abwechslungsreiches und wundervolles Essen! Der Affe war einzigartig und sehr lieb! Ländliche Stromausfälle waren nicht spürbar durch autarke Stromversorgung, weiter so!
