Gute Lage zum Zentrum, Zimmer war sauber wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, guter Ausblick Could improve: Frühstück mehr als sparsam, nur Instant Kaffee, kaum Auswahl Flughafentransfer im vergleich zu lokalen Preisen eine Frechheit und wir wurden erstmal zu einem riesigen Souvenirladen gebracht statt ins Hotel

Difficile dire cosa mi sia piaciuto, visto quello che non mi è piaciuto Could improve: La totale mancanza di acqua calda. Inaccettabile per un quattro stelle con i prezzo di un qualsiasi hotel europeo. Prima usciva gelata, poi dopo aver chiamato la reception mi è stato detto che sarebbe stata garantita dalle 16. Ho aspetto che si facessero le 19 per fare finalmente una doccia calda. Ma niente, nemmeno dopo un minuto l’acqua non usciva nemmeno piu. Avevo prenotato un’altra notte ma ho cancellato immediatamente.

The staff were amazing, particularly Khalfan, who went above and beyond, to return a left item to me. Thank you so much Khalfan! The location was perfect for an early bus, the rooms are clean and spacious and the food was delicious. I will definitely return when I am next in Arusha! Could improve: There was a little bit of street noise but it’s not too bad and offset by being in such. Great location.
