Panama Garden Resort

My stay at Panama Garden Resort was fantastic from start to finish. The reception team gave a wonderfully warm welcome, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service alongside delicious food. The pool area was extremely clean, refreshing, and a great spot to relax! Could improve: ​ Nothing—everything was great!

The staff were very helpful. Lovely people! Could improve: Door locks, throughout the facility. I stayed in two separate rooms twice, once in the main building, and later in one of the ground floor detached cottages. Neither of their bathroom doors lock properly. And both the entry door lock malfunctioned. Otherwise it’s a pretty good facility in Moshi! Recommended.

The rooms were clean and in good condition. Good for a short stay. Could improve: There are many things that we did not like. First of all the service in the restaurant - it was just unacceptable. After ordering the food, it took 1 and half hour to serve. And this happened not once but twice. Unfortunately, there were not much in that area and hence we were forced to eat there. There is no lift in the hotel. Also, the location is not good at all. There is nothing nearby! You'll need a taxi to go to the center.

I love the hotel nice and quiet with a beautiful garden they staff were amazing from the reception to restaurant staff but also the bar staff were amazing as well granted to come here again when I will be in moshi tanzania drop by to see for yourself.

I love the quiet atmosphere, the friendly staff, great food too!
