The host was lovely, she took great effort to help us organise our transport and communicate with the tour operators picking us up. The breakfast was lovely and they were very accommodating to adjusting the time of the breakfast to suit our early departure. Overall, amazing customer service and friendliness, would highly recommend your stay here. Could improve: The only negative depending on how you plan your trip is the distance to Arusha as there is not much around in the area. But this can also be a positive if you dont want to travel far after landing in Kilimanjaro Airport for a rest.

My stay at OYA was phenomenal! The guest house is clean and cozy. Jacky is the GOAT!!! She's definitely the special sauce and the reason staying at OYA is so fun. All of the meals were delicious and the area is safe to enjoy a nice leisurely walk around. When I come back I will stay here again.
