I had a great stay overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The laundry service was excellent, the swimming pool was very clean, and it was nice to have towels provided. The location is very convenient, with everything you need nearby, and being able to pay by card is a real plus. Could improve: A few things could be improved: the internet connection was unreliable, and since the hotel is next to a school, it can be noisy between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, and some kitchen utensils and towels should be replaced.

Could improve: The property itself was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay overall. However, my experience was negatively affected by the manager John’s behavior. As a woman traveling alone, I found some of his comments inappropriate and unprofessional. At one point, he told me he wanted to watch me swim, which made me feel uncomfortable. When I later reported that one of my belongings had gone missing from my room, I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive, and I felt dismissed while trying to explain the situation. It’s a shame because the accommodation itself is very nice. With more professional management my experience would have been much better.

Super miejsce. Duży apartament, klimatyzacja , kuchnia , duża łazienka. Super personel. Bardzo bezpiecznie , ochrona 24h do tego bardzo miła Będziemy wracać napewno Do tego pralnia , mogliśmy skorzystać w każdym momencie za darmo i ubrania wywieszone były na naszym tarasie a my mogliśmy iść zwiedzać. Nie mały basen do popływania Blisko głównej drogi , sklep , stragany jakieś 5min drogi. A do plaży spacerem jakieś 15min Super duży taras z widokiem na zachodzące słońce Could improve: Brakowało generatora prądu czasami ;) ja to na Zanzibarze w sezonie ale na plus woda była mimo braku prądu co nie wszędzie jest oczywiste
