NDAME Paje Hotel

just the view from the hotel is nice, and pool looks nice.. Could improve: The hotel’s photos look very inviting, but reality tells a completely different story. When my wife and I entered the room, the AC was leaking onto the floor, and we had to wait outside for several hours until a technician finally arrived to fix it. The room itself was disappointing: very small, cramped, smelled heavily of insect repellent, had holes in the mosquito screens, and suffered from frequent power outages. We suspect there were bedbugs in the bed because we were itching and scratching all night, and in the morning we found blood spots on the sheets. We originally booked for two nights but had to cut our stay short. We checked out first thing in the morning right after breakfast, which was mediocre and underwhelming. Regarding the food: even though we paid for Half Board, each person is strictly limited to one dish and one dessert. At breakfast, you only get regular black coffee; if you want a cappuccino, it costs extra. In fact, any drink other than plain water comes with an additional, rather high charge. The receptionist was sweet and genuinely tried to help, but he had limited control, as it clearly seems the property does not prioritize guest experience. Additionally, at the pool, my wife asked for a towel and waited over half an hour before having to go search for one herself. Overall, this is very basic, hostel-level accommodation rather than a proper hotel stay. Booking here was a mistake. I hope management takes this seriously to make necessary improvements. Petit déjeuné assez convenable et l'Hotel tres bien placé au bord de la plage. Could improve: Les repas pourrait etre amélioré.

De locatie, je rolt zo vanuit je bed (huisje nummer 25) de zee in. Dit is het rustige deel en niet bij het zwembad, top!! Verder het personeel!! Rashidii en Anna maakten dat je direct een thuis-gevoel had. Niets teveel, lachen, behulpzaam en super meedenkend Zie hoe er aandacht werd besteed aan de verjaardag van een van ons, en zingend en dansend bij ontbijt tot taart aan toe, topdagen gehad!

Siamo tornati di nuovo in questa struttura e non ha deluso le nostre aspettative neppure stavolta. Staff super disponibile, ottima cucina e magnifica spiaggia vista mare dove rilassarsi.
