Taniej wychodzi wziąć w inny hotelu przy pięknej plaży z all inclusive

Had all facilities for a family. The staff were amazing and made our stay memorable. Could improve: The beach is rocky not good for swimming and the location does not have lots of activities

Faces sunset Could improve: Unfortunately, our experience fell far below what was advertised and what we reasonably expected. From the moment we arrived, there were numerous serious issues that significantly affected our stay. Upon arrival, there was no hot water and no gas available at the property. The accommodation was also inadequately equipped, with no pots, pans or bowls provided, making it impossible to prepare food ourselves. When we enquired about having gas supplied, despite having paid for a half-board package, we were quoted $300 for a gas canister for just three days. We found this charge to be completely unreasonable, particularly as we were spending much of our time on pre-booked excursions. The food provided as part of the half-board package was of an extremely poor standard and raised serious health concerns. The prawns served were grey in colour and completely inedible. We did not consider them safe to eat and were concerned that consuming them could have resulted in serious food poisoning. In addition, the desserts served were curdled and inedible. Following a dreadful dinner and an unacceptable breakfast experience, we made the decision not to continue with any further half-board meals, despite having paid for them in advance, as we no longer felt confident in the safety or quality of the food being served. Furthermore, we woke at approximately 3am on one occasion to discover that there was no drinking water available at the property. There were also significant maintenance and security concerns during our stay. The host fell through the floorboards, highlighting serious concerns regarding the condition and safety of the accommodation. In addition, some gifts we had brought with us, as well as high-value jewellery stored within our luggage, went missing during our stay. The beach area was also unusable due to a strong fishy odour and large numbers of flies, which appeared to be related to nearby sewage issues.

De rust. Het personeel, het eten met je voeten in het zand terwijl je in de wind van de zee zit met het uitzicht op zee wat ook prachtig is als het eb is. Could improve: De houten wc bril.
