The property is very close to the beach (one minute walking literally). It is not on the front line though and it could be a little tricky to find it the first time but Christina (the host) met us when we came to Jambiani and showed us everything. The hose has two separate bedrooms with a double bed per each, a living room, a kitchen corner and a bathroom. Outside in a small courtyard there is a table with a bench and you can also unfold a hammock. There is a free parking lot in 30 m from the property. It is not a luxurious place but everything is nice and cozy. Christina was always ready to help, we really appreciated her guidance for local restaurants and cafes. Could improve: There is no AC, only ceiling fans - we didn't mind as the temperature in August was quite comfortable, but might be important for someone.
