Mkoko Villa

if you want peace and quiet - this is a place really peaceful, far from everyone. Nice sunsets Could improve: place is a bit rundown, but price wise - all good

The location is excellent for a family that wants complete privacy and rest from bustling of the City.

The villa is located close to Blue Safari in the south, very spacious. We had hot water, the electricity was great and the cooking facilities are wonderful. The host was responsible and helped us to prepare good hikes . You get also a huge private yard, it feels like your own nature reserve. Could improve: There is no swimming pool. Some natural sea water may get closer to the house but if tied, so nothing. The yard area is clean, but the “nature water” area is full with junk from the ocean. The towels were bad and we had to pay extra for shampoo.

La maison est très spacieuse, avec de grandes chambres ayant chacune une salle de bains, un grand salon et un beau jardin arboré (mangrove) et bien aménagé. C'est un peu dans son jus mais globalement très agréable. Ali le gardien (hors les murs) est une ressource très utile. Could improve: Malheureusement, la plage privée était envahie d'algues vertes et inutilisable lors de notre séjour. Noter qu'il n'y a pas de piscine.

The villa was like in heaven. It was an unforgettable experience. Ali and his family are always ready to help you. They're very friendly. Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here when we come to Zanzibar again.

It was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the wifi was quick and reliable. There were board games and books to read as well. It’s a nice and modern property with several outdoor seating/beds and swings too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Could improve: I do wish they had a private swimming pool but the property is near the ocean.
