Little run down place , with very little effort can be a beautiful family place , The pool is nice but water need to be filtered all the time , this was the reason we didn’t use a pool. Could improve: Not enough care for property specially pool

Anything metal including shower n door handles rusting away. Could improve: NO AC’s - Dirty unusable swimming pool and mosquitos and bugs everywhere, including inside the rooms.

The staff were fantastic! Very kind and helpful. The facilities were comfortable and really clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Jambiani, 3 min walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants. Could improve: Nothing!

Amazing place to stay in Jambiani, the pool is great, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is helpful. The ambiance is chill and calm, and breakfast is good. It's close to the main road but it can be difficult to find it by taxi/boda boda. They offer services if you need, either tours or also call a taxi for you. Hajji, Ibrahim and everyone else are super helpful and attentive. They have a place in front of the beach for their guests to stay and enjoy their days. Could improve: It can get a bit hot in the rooms and there's no AC.
