Outstanding chef- the 3 course dinner is amazing! Plus I loved the owner Georgia and how helpful she was. Could improve: All good bar a couple of mosquitoes!

It is a small family run guesthouse with 8 rooms. Georgina was a lovely host. She gave us a fresh coconut to drink. Her husband helped us to organise rental bikes. Our room was good, the bed a bit soft, the bathroom was functional. The large mosquito net over the bed had a small hole which we fixed with tape. The swimming pool was great to cool down. The restaurant overlooks the pool amd is a nice place to sit, the food was great. Breakfast with juice, fresh fruit, cakes, pancakes and eggs or omelet. They have a set menue for dinner, 3 courses for US$18. It was a peaceful and comfortable place and I would happily stay there again. Could improve: The guesthouse is a bit removed from the beach, you have to walk past some building sites to get to the beach. It is not the nicest beach to swim. The inner yard is covered with sand, it looks nice but especially after rain the sand sticks to your shoes. Not the fault of the guesthouse, but there were a few poor outages. The generator kicked in, but during that time the air condition doesn't work.
