The owner and staff are lovely people who are happy to help and very kind. The swimming pool is amazing and very very clean. Washing machine is great. It’s a minute from the most beautiful beach. Situated in a quiet local village Could improve: Although the property is big it could do with a deep clean

Raphael Is a great host. We landed in the middle of the night but he sent a driver to pick us at the Airport with a welcome kit of fruits, food and fresh water. The villa is very nice and fully equipped, the pool and the patio are the gems we enjoied in the evening after kite, beachlife and excursion. Jambiani is the most authentic place in Zanzibar. Easy simple life, happy people. You will love it and also the places you can visit from Jambiani are amazing. The best host Is the one who is able to care about his guests and solve unpredictable issue which may happens. Raphael is one of the best host I ever met. We had a small problem with wifi, he solved it immediately. Thanks Raphael and Issa. Strongly recomended. Could improve: Nothing.

The Host was amazing!!! So accommodating, flexible, responsive with free transfers!! Fab house/pool. Beach is Super close. Couldn’t recommend more!

Everything was great. The AC in one bedroom did not work, but it was fixed immediately. Communication exceptional and overall stay very, very good. Thank you! We will be back
