Entrance to Hotel is through a bylane. Internet was not available in.the room. Later hotel staff when protested provided a modem to use. Breakfast is not good. Until midnight loud music is played in the vicinity. Hence could not sleep. Expedia may avoid listing this type of Hotel.

This hotel is quite dated, and a few things were broken or not functioning. It was quite clean, the staff were helpful and it felt very safe.

Took two hours to get from the airport to the hotel, there were cockroaches in the room, wifi was not working, neighborhood was loud and did not feel welcoming, had to carry all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. I can't believe I was charged 60 USD to stay in this roach motel. Will not ever stay or recommend.

The hotel staff simply doesn't provide any services. I was not given information about restaurants or anything nearby. It was clear that they just wanted to be paid. They had no customer service. Guests were an afterthought. I always felt as if I was imposing on the staff whenever I had a question. They seemed to be on the phone a lot with personal calls. They didn't have any hospitality. They were there to take your money. They gave different rates for the shuttle. Overall no concern for guests.

- the place is somewhat ok. Breakfast good. The checkin/checkout system could be a lot better. It took me an hour to check out because the staff didn't know that I had already paid in advance via hotels.com. They had to call the manager, who himself was not to savvy with his computer & records to verify payment. I had to call hotels.com customer service, who helped me right away & spoke with the manager.
