Dan Stam Hotel

Nice spacious room, very good and big bed, great shower, Great Breakfast choices. Very friendly personnel. Could improve: This could have been the perfect place, but during the two nights we stayed here our sleep was seriously disruptes by dogs nearby, barking and bowling practically most of the night, and a rooster that does not understand that the sun does not rise at 3am or so. These are things out of control for the hotel, but be prepared!

Personnel attentionné et serviable. Jardin de l'hôtel très agréable et fleuri. Chambres confortables avec des moustiquaires en bon état, juste un bémol pour la salle de bain. Petits déjeuners copieux et de bonne qualité. Dîners et lunch box avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Could improve: Façades extérieures des logements un peu tristes (enduit en ciment gris) qui dénotent avec la verdure qui les entoure. Etat des équipements des salles de bain décevant qui pourraient mériter une rénovation (douche et fenêtre).

We spent two nights before our safari and one night afterwards. Amazing staff, very helpful and kind, always ready to help us and give us suggestions. They were very accommodating when we had some last minute changes with our flights. Large room, always very clean. Everything on the food menu was delicious and at a fair price. Perfect location, very calm and quiet, in a neighbourhood a bit far from the centre of Arusha, but easily reachable with private or public transports. Could improve: Nothing
