The room bed was good and the size was not bad Could improve: Extremely poor experience in every regard ! 1) they overbooked, then made we wait an hour when they cleaned out an employee room despite it already being past 5pm and the room should have been ready. 2) The place is VERY hard to find as the numeric address is correct but the location on Google maps is wrong being 3 blocks south of the real location, so where the map shows the place you need to go several blocks up north and the place does not have any easy to signage so you will probably pass it a few times ! 3) There was a problem to make payment as their payment terminal did not work and I needed to go to an ATM and get cash so the cost became even higher then just my card fee. 4) the female staff do not speak good English and the Madam who runs the show is never there.

The room size, large and comfortable bed, kitchen was neat and have everything, receptionist (Mr. Ayub) was so much helpful and friendly. Could improve: The sliding door is not functioning normally, not locking, and the bathroom is too small.

I drove around Masaki like an idiot and still could not locate the property. attempts to contact the host were unsuccessful so I had to make alternate arrangements to secure accommodations. Peaceful location near beach and all good places around. Could improve: Sometimes internet is not working
