La situation géographique en centre ville. Le petit déjeuner. Le personnel. Could improve: La connexion wifi saute constamment et très faible. Le délai de réaction pour le requêtes : une demande de couverture supplémentaire qu’on attend encore, 3 jours pour réparer une tv, équipement vaisselle limité pour un studio familial, canapé taché

The friendliness of the staff. It is more like s family hotel. Could improve: The rooms are not particularly big. They are rather small.

Hot water shower. Room a decent size. Could improve: Breakfast service was chaos. Completely empty buffet that staff struggled to restock. Food was basic, waited 15 minutes for a coffee cup. Dinner was highly disappointing and not as described in the menu at all. Mattress old and sagging. Wouldn’t return to stay here.
