the property was very clean, located in a good area, that had multiple attractions around it. Could improve: There wasn’t much, breakfast was slightly cold, but still very delicious and a wide spread.

Veldig hyggelig ansatte som var til god hjelp med alt vi måtte trenge. Veldig godt utvalg av frokost flinke folk som hjelper med og bestille aktiviteter og eller hva enn de måtte vær. Resepsjonen er alltid bemannet og klare for og hjelpe vist de måtte vær noe 24/7. Could improve: Var ingenting og klage over her

Not much, unfortunately. The room was cleaned every day, and the housekeeping staff ensured that fresh towels were provided regularly and the room was kept generally tidy. Could improve: The room did not match the photos shown on Booking.com and appeared much older and more worn than advertised. During our stay, a water-damaged area on the ceiling became worse and was only painted over instead of properly repaired. We also experienced several maintenance issues, including a leaking shower, a broken shower holder, poor shower drainage, a very noisy refrigerator, and a toilet that stopped flushing on our last day. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and often unusable, making the advertised streaming services inaccessible. The gym was poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. In addition, loud music was played around the pool throughout the day, and there was often excessive noise late into the evening, making it difficult to relax. Although we reported these issues during our stay and gave the hotel the opportunity to resolve them, many problems remained unresolved. After our stay, I also contacted the hotel again regarding these issues, but unfortunately I never received any response.

Food wqs nice, the rooms were very nice, nice swimming pool area, and the staff were very accommodating
