No puedo saber lo que me gusto porque me obligaron a cancelar la reserva Could improve: Quiero reclamar también el hecho de que en ningún momento se me avisó de que el hotel estaba cerrado. Tuve la suerte de que mi guía del safari me informó de esta situación. Al enterarme, y a tan solo tres días de la fecha prevista de check-in, contacté directamente con el hotel para confirmar si realmente estaba abierto o cerrado. Fue entonces cuando me confirmaron que, efectivamente, el hotel estaba cerrado y me solicitaron que cancelara yo mismo la reserva. Así lo hice, y después de varios mensajes y gestiones, finalmente conseguí que me devolvieran el importe de la reserva. Sin embargo, al haber recibido esta información con tan poca antelación, me vi obligado a buscar otro alojamiento de urgencia. La alternativa que encontré tenía un precio considerablemente superior, lo que supuso un incremento del presupuesto de mi viaje que no habría tenido que asumir si se me hubiera informado con la suficiente antelación del cierre del hotel. Considero, por tanto, que no es suficiente con la devolución del importe de la reserva, ya que la falta de información y la gestión realizada a última hora me ocasionaron un perjuicio económico adicional

Location Could improve: Team : The staff were dismissive and even mocking when I expressed concerns about potentially dangerous animals on the path. Restaurant : very poor quality and they refused drivers guides to eat with customers !
