The room hospitaity Could improve: 1. The staff changed the rates from 52 USD to 54 USD the next day, so I paid more than was stated when I booked, that was very unfair. 2. The staff could not operate the swiping machine when I needed to pay, I therefore had to look for a bank to withdraw via my visa card, which proved to be too expensive since I was in a foreign land. 3. The private taxi service offered was exploitive 4. I arrived late, there was no food at the hotel. The alternative means I was offered exposed me to food poisoning, and that endangered my life. 5. The beach is wild and not available for visitors as stated in booking.com 6. I didn't like the resort, I spent the rest of my holiday elsewhere.
