L'accueil et la gentillesse de William et le bâtiment. Could improve: Le système de douche pas top mais c'est général en Tanzanie. Le repas était moyen mais pas cher.

The room was comfortable, and the view along with the overall design of the property were really lovely. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The dinner dishes were also delicious — a lovely touch to end the day. Overall a wonderful experience, highly recommended for anyone visiting Arusha!

We arrived at Kilimanjaro airport in the middle of the night and our driver from the hotel was already waiting. We got transported to the hotel without any issues and the personnel welcomed us kindly. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a short but nice stay
