The staff were very welcoming, helpful and the hospitality in general was great. We really enjoyed the meals that were offered, lots of different local cooked meals, and lots of fruits. our favorite was the pumpkin soup. The hotel is very close to Ngorongoro Crater (around 45 minutes) which made it a good choice if you are doing the safari there. Could improve: the wifi does not reach the bungalows (rooms), you'll have to go the reception to use the wifi
